REBOOT V3 CHALLENGE INHOUSE
This option is for those who are able to attend group fitness classes at Nefarious for their training portion of this challenge.
There are two options:
1) Non- Members $199
2) Active Members $99
*If for any reason the gym has to shut due to COVID-19 you will be able to continue the challenge via the Nefarious WODIFY app & be switched to the online program. Workouts with minimal will be offered as well.

– Two way messaging with your coaches to answer questions/check technique via app

– Use of the Nefarious WODIFY app to track your progress. Add your progress photos, your PB’s/weights you lift in the gym, BF%, weight + more.
– Habits & mini goals set by your coach on your app
