This option is for those who will complete this challenge completely online. V3 will be a gym based training program with the option to select home workouts with minimal equipment if need be. The workouts will all follow the same format with different rep ranges & sets for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

– Nutrition ebook with recipes

– Challenge group via FB & App

– 6 weeks of online workouts, 5 per week 

– 1x additional mid way check in 

– Two way messaging with your coaches to answer questions/check technique via app

– Chat groups on FB to communicate with the community & stay motivated and supported

– Use of the Nefarious WODIFY app to track your progress. Add your progress photos, your PB’s/weights you lift in the gym, BF%, weight + more.

– Habits & mini goals set by your coach on your app

To complete this program from home you will need at a minimum:

  • A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for the upper body, and a heavier set for the lower body)

  • Long Resistance bands

  • A bench or yoga mat for the floor

  • Food scales – for nutrition tracking


Recommended but not needed:

  • Booty band 

  • Barbell with plates
